“Curtains”: Community High School Ensemble Theatre
Mar. 13–16. Emily Wilson-Tobin directs CHS students in Rupert Holmes’ 2007 musical mystery comedy, a send-up of backstage murder mysteries. Set in 1959 Boston, the show unfolds after the supremely untalented star of Robbin' Hood of the Old West is murdered during her opening night curtain call. With lyrics by Fred Ebb and music by John Kander. Music direction by Brian Rose. 7:30 p.m. (Thurs.–Sat.), 2 p.m. (Sat. & Sun.), CHS Craft Theatre, N.
