“Conservation Field Day”: Pittsfield Township Parks & Recreation
All invited to join The National Wild Turkey Federation and Pittsfield Township staff for a workday to improve habitat by clearing invasive species at the Pittsfield Preserve. These restoration efforts will improve habitat for turkeys, pollinators, songbirds, waterfowl, small mammals, and other species. Lunch provided. Bring water, work gloves, and pruning shears if you have them. 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Pittsfield Preserve, 5400 Marton Rd. Free, but preregistration required at recreation.pittsfield-mi.gov.
