“Change”: Washtenaw Community Concert Band
William Perrine conducts this popular 50-piece volunteer ensemble in music by contemporary composers Kimberly Archer, Adolphus Hailstork, David Maslanka, Frank Ticheli, and others that express hope for change and praise reformers. Also, Quinton Riggs, winner of the band’s 2025 concerto competition, is featured in Reinhold Glière's Concerto for Horn. 7:30 p.m., Washtenaw Community College Towsley Auditorium (Morris Lawrence Bldg.), 4800 E.
