Oct. 17 & 18 (different programs). Led by French choreographer Medhi Walerski, this Vancouver-based company of 20 dancers has been praised for “quicksilver reflexes, fizzing energy, and total control” (Guardian UK). Tonight’s program: Walerski’s Pieces of Tomorrow, which has “sophisticated choreography with nods to classical roots,” according to the Globe and Mail, and Johan Inger’s Passing, an ode to the human life cycle. 7:30 p.m. Power Center.
