André Mehmari: Kerrytown Concert House
Renowned Brazilian composer-pianist Mehmari returns to town for the “Great Brazilian Songbook,” a solo program of tunes from choro and samba, the samba-canção tradition that preceded bossa nova, the music of the Brazilian northeast, and the instrumental music of Egberto Gismonti and Hermeto Pascoal, along with his own and other contemporary works. 7:30 p.m., KCH, 415 N.
