A Circular City: A2ZERO 2025 Sustainability Forums
A Circular City - Building physical and social infrastructure through A2ZEROs circular economy programs
A2ZERO 2025 Sustainability Forums
Moving away from an unsustainable linear system that focuses on “take, make, and waste” requires rethinking the social and physical infrastructure that drive material flow throughout our society. Ann Arbor is pushing to move towards systems where community, people, and planet are the top priority instead of the extraction and exploitation of natural resources. Two innovative programs that are changing the way we use, reuse, and dispose of materials in Ann Arbor are A2R3 (a returnable container program) and Neighborhood Swap Days. Please join us in the third session of the 2025 Sustainability Forum series and learn about these initiatives, their role in the City of Ann Arbor’s circular economy efforts, and how you can get involved!
Thursday, March 27th, 6:00-7:30pm
Downtown branch of the Ann Arbor District Library, 4th floor meeting room. Address: 343 S 5th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104
