2025 Ya’ssoo Greek Festival: St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church
June 6–8. This lively festival features the sale of lots of Greek food from pastitsio to souvlaki, as well as loukoumathes (honey-dipped donut puffs), and other delicacies. Live Greek music by the Detroit band Enigma (Fri. & Sat.), and the local band Kefi (Sun.); Greek folk dance performances. Church tours, raffles with a grand prize trip to Greece, and a sale of Greek souvenirs, jewelry, ceramics, books, and more. 11 a.m.–midnight (Fri. & Sat.) & noon–5 p.m. (Sun.), St. Nicholas, 3109 Scio Church Rd.
