Txotx Style Cider Tasting: Bløm Mead + Cider
In the Basque region of Spain, cider houses celebrate a txotx season by opening their doors and inviting people in to enjoy a first taste of the season's cider. There's often food, good company, and cider tapped straight from the wooden tanks.
This year, we naturally fermented a batch of cider - a practice we can't usually explore in our cellar. To celebrate the uniqueness of this wild ferment, we're hosting an event to share food, good company, and fun funky pours of this cider.
This is a once in a Bløm event, and will have limited seating. Included: 2 hour seating, a 4oz Bløm glass, serious snacking, and many cider pours.
