Arbors Wellness has closed. The early medical-cannabis provisioning center opened in 2010 in the brick, step-gabled Enoch James House on E. Liberty, which dates to 1847. The dispensary was owned by Arbor Holdings, whose Herbana outlets include one at S. Main and Mosley.
After Michigan allowed recreational sales in 2019, an oversupply has driven the retail price of cannabis flower down to just $88 per ounce on average, per the state regulators’ latest monthly report. Stadium will also wind down this year, as parent company TerrAscend Corp. is pulling out of Michigan altogether.

The 105-year-old outerwear retailer is one of several chains under the umbrella of Catalyst Brands, a joint venture formed earlier this year by JCPenney and SPARC Group, which includes the mall’s owner, Simon Property Group.
Several other Eddie Bauers remain in metro Detroit, though the store in Troy’s Somerset Collection is also slated for closure.
