This class blends strength training with Yoga to amazing music. We use light weights with a Vinyasa style flow. You'll strengthen your core and increase your body strength using light weights and body weight flows. Keep your heart rate up and work on flexibility and mobility too! Level 2 Class. Some experience with yoga is recommended.
