“A Wrinkle in Time”: Pioneer High School Theatre Guild
Jan. 31–Feb. 2. Pioneer students perform James Sie’s 1990 adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s famed 1962 Newbery-winning young adult novel, a sci-fi adventure about friendship, family, and self-discovery. The plot follows an awkward and nerdy teenage girl who teams up with her baby brother, a neighbor boy, and a trio of mysterious celestial beings to rescue her missing father from an evil force that is rapidly casting its shadow over the universe. 7 p.m. (Fri. & Sat.), 2 p.m. (Sun.), PHS Little Theatre, 601 W.
