“Take Care: Democracy, Art & Healing”: U-M Arts Initiative/UMMA/Center for Racial Justice
Four women in the arts present a mixed program of performance, interactive exercises, and discussion to explore themes of care, resilience, and self-expression in times of challenge. Participants are the heralded Americana singer-multi-instrumentalist musician Rhiannon Giddens, conceptual and visual artist Philippa Pham Hughes, poet Holly Bass, and local poet Molly Spencer. 7–9 p.m., UMMA, 525 S.
