“Bonfyre Trail Fest”: Running Fit
5-mile, 10-mile, and 18-mile runs along the DTE Energy Foundation Trail through Waterloo State Recreation Area. Awards for top finishers. Entry fee includes a race beanie and refreshments. Post-race bonfire and beer garden with live music TBA. Rain date: Nov. 9. 10 a.m., DTE Energy Foundation Trail Parking Lot M-52, 17819 Stockbridge Chelsea Rd., Chelsea. $54 (5-mile), $64 (10-mile), & $74 (18-mile) at runningfitevents.com and at the gate. $5 increase after noon on Oct. 31, but the event usually sells out.
