“Senior Living Week Expo”: U-M MI Medicine Housing Bureau for Seniors
Oct. 5 & 7–11. The annual Senior Living Week begins on Saturday with exhibits from housing, health, financial, and care providers and a keynote speech (noon-1 p.m.) by Sarah Zeff Geber, author of Essential Retirement Planning for Solo Agers. During the week, talks on a variety of issues for seniors, workshops, and open houses at senior housing communities around the county. 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. (Oct. 5), Washtenaw Community College Towsley Auditorium (Morris Lawrence Bldg.), 4800 E.
