Volunteer Stewardship Workday: Ann Arbor Natural Area Preservation Division
July 15, 22, & 30. All invited to help maintain natural areas and remove invasive plants in various city parks. Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring heavy gloves; tools, snacks, & know-how provided. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. July 15 (9 a.m.–noon): Kuebler Langford, meet at the park entrance on Beechwood Dr., north of Sunset Rd. July 22 (9 a.m.–noon): Ruthven Nature Area, meet at the park entrance off Huron Pkwy. July 30 (9 a.m.–noon): Furstenberg Nature Area, meet in the parking lot off Fuller Rd. Various locations. Free. Preregistration recommended at tinyurl.com/2p94erh9.
