“New Moon Night Hike”: Leslie Science & Nature Center

All ages invited to join LSNC on a night hike to celebrate the alignment of the moon and the sun. Conduct science experiments on the trail to learn how different animals' eyes see in the dark, learn night hike etiquette, and visit some LSNC nocturnal animals to learn how they survive. Campfire and stories to follow. Dress for the weather. 7:30–9 p.m., LSNC, 1831 Traver. $5 (kids age 2 & under, free). Preregistration required at discoverscienceandnature.org/night-hike.
