May 5: “MacBeth.” Taped broadcast of the Depot Theater (Liverpool) critically acclaimed 2023 production of Shakespeare’s tragedy about murderous ambition. The spare modern adaptation by Emily Burns stars BAFTA and Tony Award–winner Ralph Fiennes and Olivier Award winner Indira Varma. Directed by Simon Godwin, the production is staged in a cavernous warehouse and “goes for the jugular” according to the Daily Telegraph. $16 (students, seniors, veterans, kids under 12, $13). 1 p.m.
