“6th Annual Singing”: Ann Arbor Sacred Harp / U-M School of Music
Sing-along of shape note, or sacred harp, singing, a form of communal hymn singing, using the red Denson 1991 edition of The Sacred Harp. This is not a performance, but a participatory event. Registration and fellowship begin at 9:30. Potluck picnic lunch between sessions. Sandwiches provided. No food heating or cooling facilities. 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Burton Tower, rm. 506, 230 N. Ingalls.
