“Zing Sampler: French Olive Oils”: Zingerman’s Delicatessen.
Zingerman’s deli olive oil sommelier Wendy Baur and events coordinator Tessie Ives-Wilson discuss (via Zoom) the olive oils of France. Topics include favorite producers, how to taste different oils, and the best ways to use them in the kitchen.
