“The Complete Organ Works of J.S. Bach”: U-M Music School.:

Every Sun. beginning Sept. 11. U-M organ professor James Kibbie performs all of Bach’s 281 surviving organ works over a series of 18 weekly concerts. Preceded by a brief introduction to the program (3:40 p.m.). Today: “Pièce d’Orgue,” Trio in D Minor, Prelude and Fugue in C Major, “Wo Gott der Herr nicht bei uns hält,” the surviving fragments of Fantasia in C Major and Fantasia and Fugue in C Minor, recently authenticated chorales from the Gebser and Walther/Krebs Collections, recently authenticated chorales from the Rinck Collection, and chorales from the Neumeister Collection. 4 p.m., U-M Moore Bldg.
