“Seeds to Seedlings”: Matthaei Botanical Gardens.
March 4 (10 a.m.–noon): Kids ages 5–12 invited to learn about the life cycle of plants from flower to fruit to seed. Participants may choose seeds from a selection of flowers, herbs, and veggies to pot, take home, and watch grow. U-M Matthaei Botanical Gardens, 1800 N. Dixboro Rd. $8; metered parking.
