National Park and Great Lakes photographer Thomas Nighswander leads an indoor/outdoor workshop on how to capture great images, focusing on what makes a great photograph, how to see with a creative eye, and how your camera, whether it’s a cellphone or a DSLR, can capture the image you want. 2–3:30 p.m., Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Rd., Chelsea. $2 (families, $5).
