“National Theatre Live: Straight Line Crazy.”: Michigan Theater:

Live broadcast of a National Theatre (London) production of David Hare’s 2022 play, a searing critique of the mid-20th-century master builder and charismatic political manipulator Robert Moses, played with simmering rage by Ralph Fiennes. Moses has been both celebrated and reviled for significantly changing the public spaces of New York City. His aggressive highway and parks expansion both connected city dwellers to the outdoors and did long-term damage to communities of color and the city’s public transit system. 7:30 p.m. $22 ($18 UMS members).
