“Joel Schoenhals Plays Conner Chee”: Kerrytown Concert House
Sept. 27 & Oct. 4. EMU piano professor Schoenhals plays 3 works by Navajo composer Chee, including the world premiere of Etudes for Piano. Also, Unbroken, a work inspired by WWII Navajo code talkers, and Shí Naashá, composed in honor of the homecoming of the Navajo people from imprisonment by the U.S. Government. 7:30 p.m., KCH, 415 N.
