“Happy B-Day, Bard!”: Booksweet Bookshop.
In celebration of William Shakespeare’s 458th birthday, local writer Mya L. Gosling, author of the graphic novels The Complete Works of Shakespeare in Three Panels Each and A Stick Figure Macbeth, and Booksweet co-owner Shaun Manning, co-author of the graphic novel Macbeth: The Red King, talk about their own works and other new works inspired by Shakespeare, as well as adaptations of Shakespeare’s work in the 20th and 21st centuries.
