Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival: Kerrytown Concert House

June 19 & 26 (different programs). Two chamber concerts, part of a larger festival that includes performances in several other towns June 14–27 (see greatlakeschambermusic.org for full schedule). Tonight: pianist Gilles Vonsattel opens with Beethoven’s luminous Piano Sonata No. 24 in F-sharp major, followed by New York Citybased string ensemble the Candide Quartet playing Bartók’s bold and masterful String Quartet No. 4. Sphinx ensemble’s wind quintet ZaRiah concludes the evening with Valerie Coleman’s tribute to Josephine Baker, Suite: Portraits of Josephine, and a wind arrangement of Mozart’s dramatic Serenade No. 12 in C minor. 7:30–10 p.m., 415 N.
