Farm Tours: Raindance Organic Farm.
Aug. 2 & 9. Raindance co-owner Kristen Muehlhauser leads tours focused on the over 35 kinds of fruits and vegetables (Aug. 2) or the 50 kinds of annual and perennial flowers (Aug. 9) the farm produces year-round organically using caterpillar tunnels, trellising, and other tools and techniques. Bring sun & bug protection, as well as water. Tour involves about 1 mile of walking over uneven terrain. Noon-1 p.m., 2015 E. North Territorial Rd., Whitmore Lake. $8 (kids under 6, free).
