Cocktail Class: Serious Tiki Drinks: Tammy's Tastings
Often maligned, Tiki drinks are not simple fruit-juice laden beverages. Tiki is all about rum, and this class is a serious exploration of rum through the expression of Tiki drinks. We’ll taste several rums on their own before blending them with other ingredients to create the complex and layered drinks that exemplify Tiki at its best.
Your booking includes light snacks (pretzels, nuts). The class includes a combination of history and stories, technique instruction, and hands-on making of cocktails. Plus sampling, of course! Total consumption is equivalent to 1.5-2 cocktails per person over the 90-120 minute class.
