“All About the Trio: Holiday Vibes”: Kerrytown Concert House.
U-M jazz piano professor Ellen Rowe continues her series of programs that cover different aspects of jazz trios with a holiday concert. Guest vibraphonist Cary Kocher sits in with the other members of her trio—bassist Paul Keller and drummer Sean Dobbins—to tackle holiday chestnuts in the style of Cal Tjader, Milt Jackson, and other vibraphone legends. 2 p.m., KCH, 415 N.
