Amtrak, 325 Depot. (734) 994-4906. Tickets and reservations: (800) 872-7245. Depot open daily 6:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m. All major credit cards accepted. Three daily eastbound trains travel to Dearborn, Detroit, Royal Oak, Troy, and Pontiac. Three daily westbound trains travel to Jackson, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and Chicago (and points in between). Lansing and Port Huron can also be reached with a transfer in Battle Creek. Buses depart in the evening once daily for Toledo to meet an overnight train to the East Coast.
