Matwork Pilates uses techniques of Pilates and yoga for a well rounded workout. This class is low-impact and will challenge you from the ground up. Posture and stabilization are tested with stretching, low-impact movements and by focusing on your breathing for a more efficient you! Walk away feeling more toned, lengthened, and strong. Class is performed barefoot, standing, sitting and laying on a mat. Please bring your own yoga mat to class. Nonmembers are welcome for $5 extra. Open to anyone 45+.
