Join May We Help Michigan at the Maker Works facility to help organize a group to build custom gizmos that help people with disabilities accomplish daily tasks. Volunteers will design, build and deliver unique assistive technology devices for people with limited range of motion or other challenges.
Make a difference in someone's life by using your design and fabrication skills, or support the effort with administrative and organizational skills. Training and assistance will be provided, no membership required.

Identify and connect with meaningful reasons why weight loss is important to you and gain insight to help you make eating decisions more mindfully. Learn how to choose the healthiest behavior, even when it might not be the easiest or most pleasurable one and commit to long-term changes in your lifestyle that will help you maintain your weight loss and your health! This is an ongoing group starting in January 2020 and welcoming members anytime with intake. We will be meeting every Thursday from 5:30-7:00pm.
