Americana folk-rock originals by a trio led by former Steppin' in It frontman Davis, a finalist in the 2014-2015 season of The Voice. Opener: Miss Tess, a Nashville-based vintage blues, country, and jazz singer-guitarist. $30.
Blind Pig: Nick Shoulders
Highly regarded singer-songwriter from Fayetteville (AS) known for his clever, progressively minded lyrics and a raucously ethereal vocal style that incorporates yodelling and whistling. Opener: Todd Day Wait, a Missouri-bred, New Orleans-based singer-songwriter whose country-based music mixes in elements of blues, folk, soul and early R&B. $15-$20.
Blue LLama: Allan Harris Band
Oct. 15 & 16. Ensemble led by the acclaimed NYC jazz singer, guitarist, and composer Harris. The Miami Herald described his singing as a blend of "the warmth of Tony Bennett, the bite and rhythmic sense of Sinatra, and the sly elegance of Nat 'King' Cole."
