March 14: Ashley Daneman

This jazz-folk singer performs works from her new album, People Are Fragile. Downbeat has praised her music for its "intriguing balance between the soaring virtuosity of Joni Mitchell and the earthy Americana of Becca Stevens." Opener: local jazz singer Emma Lee Aboukasm, a recent U-M jazz studies grad.
