Remove the mystery of one of the world's most amazing pastries as Chef Natalie teaches you the skills and insider tips you need to make the best macarons at home! First, you will work on correct measurements, making the perfect meringue, folding and 'macaronage' techniques, as well as piping and baking. Then, you will make two simple, but delicious fillings to celebrate Spring. This is a virtual bake-along class, which means you are baking along with Chef Natalie, and will be able to have questions answered in real time. Only one registration is needed per household - additional members of your household may participate at no cost! Ingredient list will be emailed one week prior to class. Natalie Marble is a chef and culinary instructor celebrating 20 years of experience, she attended culinary school in Washington, D.C., worked for a James Beard Award winning chef, and was the founder of Ann Arbor Cooks. Chef Allison of Last Bite Chef has a weekly online cooking class series every Sunday evening at 4:30-5:30pm EST. Each class covers one topic and is approx one hour, for $20 per screen. People have been having so much fun meeting together & learning a new technique! Best of all at the end of the class you have a warm Sunday dinner on your table for yourself and/or your family.
