Join us virtually for this tasting as we explore the history and production of gouda cheese. St. Mary Manchester Fish Fries: St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester.

St. Mary's Catholic Church Manchester will hold its fish fry dinners-DRIVE THRU ONLY--at St. Mary Parish Center, 108 Madison Street (behind the Marathon gas station in the historic Village of Manchester). Enjoy a delicious fish dinner each Friday in Lent (with the exception of Good Friday) from February 19 through March 26 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The menu includes 10 oz. of beer battered deep fried (not baked) Pacific Cod, tartar sauce, lots of French fries, coleslaw, dinner roll, and a homemade cookie. The cost is $12. DIRECTIONS: Follow the signs to the back of St. Mary Parish Center where you will pay for your dinners. IMPORTANT. Do not enter the drive-thru line via Clinton Street. Please travel west on Main Street, turn right at Macomb Street (north), and then turn right again (east) on Madison Street. You will pay in the back of the building, leave by the west driveway, and pick up your dinners at the front of the Parish Center, just before exiting the driveway.

"Cook Like a Chef...Eat Like a King": Ypsilanti Meals on Wheels Benefit.

Zingerman's chef Kieron Hales demonstrates via Zoom how to make a 3-course vegetarian meal, highlighted by fresh mozzarella made from cheese curds and a gnocchi entrée. Participants are encouraged to follow along at home using ingredients available for curbside pickup and delivery.

"Last Bite Sized: Single Topic Cooking Classes": Last Bite Chef.


Chef Allison of Last Bite Chef has a weekly online cooking class series every Sunday evening at 4:30-5:30pm EST. Each class covers one topic and is approx one hour, for $20 per screen. People have been having so much fun meeting together & learning a new technique! Best of all at the end of the class you have a warm Sunday dinner on your table for yourself and/or your family.
