Couples age 18 & up invited to learn about the mating habits of the LSNC raptors and go on a candle-lit walk to read romantic poems posted at various points on the trail. Also, board games and art projects. Beverages and desserts provided.

"Bløm Makers Series: Truffle + Mead Valentine's Workshop": Bløm Meadworks.

Break out of your Valentine's mold! We're partnering with Mindo Chocolate Makers to offer a mead and truffle workshop here in the taproom. During the class, you'll learn how chocolate is made, work with the instructor to create your own truffles, then sit back and enjoy the truffle flight you created with a flight of Bløm meads and ciders! We'll be focusing on spiced winter flavors.
The workshop includes everything needed to create four truffles, a flight of four meads, and 10% off to-go products!
