FAMILY YOGA - ONLINE - NEW - FREE INTRO CLASS
Ages 4-Adult. The perfect way to end the weekend for the entire family. For toddlers, grandparents, and everyone in between! Have fun with interactive group movements using yoga postures that will spark your creativity. Some poses may be inspired by nature (like tree pose) or animals (like lion pose) while others will be classical yoga style poses geared for all ages. Each class will tell the yoga story of helpfulness, kindness, connection, friendship, and mindfulness using a variety of yoga poses, creative movement, breathing exercises, and will end with relaxation.
