From standup to improv, and everything in between, comedy is flourishing in the auditoriums and clubs of Ann Arbor. And with the U-M's new Media Union, a growing number of multimedia performances are appearing on The Calendar.

The Moth StorySLAM: Michigan Radio.

Virtual storytelling competition sponsored by The Moth, the NYC-based nonprofit that also produces a weekly public radio show. Storytellers are selected at random to tell a 5-minute story-this month's theme is "Fresh"-and judged by an audience poll at the end of the show.
