"Roasted Reading"

  community member   < less

What do a children's book with a man reborn as a cat, a saucy history of Ann Arbor and SJU-ATL-DTW airports have in common? They will all be featured as part of the first ROASTED READING on August 13th at 7pm at the Tea Haus, 204 N. Fourth Avenue.
Remember those old roasts from the 1950s? Take those minus the smoking plus regional and international authors and you get the first ever ROASTED READING. Local authors will read excerpts from their work and participate in a lively Q&A on the writing process, the pain, and the punctuation. Melanie Manos, UM prof and artist, will moderate.
Audience participation highly encouraged! (Actual reading of these books ahead of time not required to attend).
