Soul Injury, a term credited to the organization Opus Peace, is a trauma that separates us from our "real self." Learn to recognize, understand and experience restorative healing through self-compassion. We all have a spectrum of wounds that lead to pain avoidance and debilitation. Through Soul Healing we learn to disarm our hearts, re-home our pain, and live more deeply. Our grief does not have to be stored in our bodies.
