"Siddhartha": Interfaith Round Table.

Herman Hesse's masterpiece, "Siddhartha" is a novel that explores the son of a wealthy family who develops a more spiritually based life during the time of the first Buddha. In a time when Americans are questioning the value of materialism, vital issues will be explored by no more than eight participants in a three-week study. The book study will be on a series of Monday nights (7pm-8:30pm) February 3, 10 and 17. The site will be at the home of Dwight L. Partner Yoga Workshop: Mota Thai Yoga.

Join MTY for a special partner yoga workshop on Friday, February 14 from 6:00-7:30pm. This workshop will help to deepen and expand your yoga practice. Partner yoga poses will help your muscles relax and stretch, while your partner's resistance will help your limbs stay in the pose. You will share poses, movement, and breath with your partner as you work together to try new poses and experience familiar poses in different ways.
This workshop will begin with a slow flow, transition to partner yoga, and then end in meditation. For all levels and experience. Bring a friend, family member, partner, or come by yourself and partner with someone at the studio.
Class will be heated to around 85 degrees.
