In this slower paced class, many of the postures are held for longer periods of time than a typical yoga class. This will allow the muscles to relax and the deep connective tissues to be gently stretched. Class is heated around 80 degrees.
We are located on Huron Street across from the YMCA. You may park in the parking lot across from the studio. We share a parking lot with several businesses, including the Yellow Barn. Look for the #22 blue door with the red buddha.
Your first class is FREE!
