Have you been vaccinated? There is a county-wide Hepatitis A outbreak. The only sure way to prevent the disease, is to get vaccinated. June 12 from 1-3 p.m., we are hosting a Hepatitis A vaccination clinic at the Ann Arbor District Library Conference Room A. Come out and take advantage of the opportunity to secure your health. There is no charge for the hepatitis A vaccine if you are uninsured, have Medicaid, or are at higher risk of exposure.

In this slower paced class, many of the postures are held for longer periods of time than a typical yoga class. This will allow the muscles to relax and the deep connective tissues to be gently stretched. Class is heated around 80 degrees.
We are located on Huron Street across from the YMCA. You may park in the parking lot across from the studio. We share a parking lot with several businesses, including the Yellow Barn. Look for the #22 blue door with the red buddha.

Medical studies have shown this particular program to relieve pain for people with arthritis and improve their quality of lives, as well as preventing falls for older adults. For this reason, arthritis foundations around the world and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in America give it their full support. Although especially effective for arthritis, it is a great start for beginner to improve health and wellness. Classes are held 1pm - 1:50pm.
