The 3 Yanas, or 3 vehicles, are three approaches to the Buddhist path: Sravakayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana. Part of the name of our center, Thegsum, and of our parent monastery, Triyana, refer to the 3 Yanas in Tibetan and Sanskrit respectively.
This program is appropriate for all levels of student, and each week is different.

When we sense the parts of us that are stuck and learn how to move them, we feel flow in our bodies and agency in our lives. This is an extraordinary tool for those seeking to improve their performance, or to find relief from physical pain and discomfort.
