Brain Plasticity Ukulele Collective: Society for Musical Arts Wednesday Musicales
Performance by this local group, led by veteran English singer-guitarist Mike Brooks, comprising some 20 musicians of various ages and levels of expertise. This Golden Globe Award–winning and Oscar-nominated screenwriter and director delivers the keynote lecture highlighting the annual awards ceremony recognizing the winners of the prestigious U-M contest for graduate and undergraduate poetry, fiction, and nonfiction writing.
