Restorative yoga is gentle, slow, involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
Restorative yoga classes are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Like Iyengar style of yoga the props are used to support the body, enhance alignment and allow for the accessibility of yoga for everybody.
This class includes a combination of therapeutic elements like essential oils, guided meditation and soothing music. This class is very excellent for you if you are recovering from an injury, working on mobility, decreasing stress.
All levels are welcome.
Equipment: If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. If not we have mats available for you!
But you must sign up online to reserve your spot.
