Her recent 5th collection is Holding My Selves Together: New and Selected Poems. Angie Turdell Vasquez is the Poet Laureate of Madison (WI). Her 2022 collection, My People Redux, uses imagery, lyricism and narrative to address the hardships immigrant families face in making a life in America.
