The Reinhart Charitable Foundation is honoring life through donation...one shoe at a time!
The Reinhart Charitable Foundation is having a Shoe Drive. Do you have too many shoes (you know who you are)?
Throughout the month of November, we are accepting new or gently used sneakers and shoes. We will take men, women and children's shoes, all sizes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shoes with holes, broken heels, athletic cleats, or single shoes.
Drop boxes for shoe collection will be located at all Reinhart Offices & the Gift of Life Office located at 3861 Research Park Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48108.

Yin/Restorative Yoga: Mota Thai Yoga.

Reconnect with yourself-mind, body, and spirit! This slower paced style of yoga is a good compliment to our fast-paced lifestyles. Passive asanas (postures) are held for long periods of time, sometimes up to 3-5 minutes, allowing the deep connective tissue to stretch, the fascia to release, and an increase circulation in the joints. Learn to listen to your body and breath, how subtle movements can change the asana completely, and how to find peace in that which brings you discomfort.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and take your belongings to your yoga space. You will be checked in at the door.
