"Yoga Sticks and Clicks": Mota Thai Yoga.

Now that the weather is starting to warm up, join Mota Thai Yoga outside at West Park for Yoga Sticks and Clicks every Saturday from 12:30-1:30pm (weather permitting). This hybrid class is a combination of yoga, cardio drumming, and pound. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and (optional) ball and bucket and/or drum sticks.
There is a parking lot at 215 Chapin St, or street parking is available on N 7th St between Miller Ave and Huron St. The class will take place next to the amphitheater.
